The Stained Glass Cross
Made from maple veneer plywood, this cross is designed for you to paint while meditating on the life of Christ and how we all fit into that.
The set includes a pre-scored design of a stained glass inspired cross, set of acrylic paints in 9 colours and paintbrush and a primer and sponge. Completing this array is a selection of songs to contemplate on as you prepare the cross for painting, and for mediation while painting.
The colour palette can be personalised by mixing shades, or by painting with specific liturgical seasons in mind - purple and blue for Advent, white and gold for Christmas, purple and red for Lent and Pentecost, white and gold for Easter and shades of green for Ordinary time. The opportunities for creativity are endless!

Gesso primer and sponge
Pre-scored maple veneer plywood, approx. 3mm thick with hole for hanging
Sandpaper for prepping the gesso

It is recommended to seal the finished painting to ensure long lasting vibrancy.
